The Fastest Way to Get What You Want





There’s something that I’ve been wanting to tell you about for quite some time, but I’ve been reluctant to do so for a few reasons.

The first reason is because I know that a lot of people don’t have much money. And the second reason is because I didn’t want it to sound like a sales pitch. However, I really believe that you should know this.

This blog post will be a big help to many people and if YOU take this advice onboard it can make a big difference to your life as well.

So here we go…

What I am going to suggest in this blog post is that you invest in yourself. By "invest" I mean putting both time and money into the things that will help you get the results that you want.

For this blog post we’ll talk about investing money in yourself…

How much is it worth to you?

So firstly have a think about the results that you want…

  • Do you want to lose weight? How much weight?
  • Do you want better health and fitness?
  • Do you want a better looking body?
  • Do you want to be a fitter or faster runner?
  • Do you want more energy?
  • Do you want more confidence?
  • Do you want to feel happier in yourself?

Now think about how much it’s worth to you to get all these great things that you want.

How much would you pay to be at the weight that you want and to have the health, fitness, and body that you want?

If you could pay £500 and have all these great things that you want, would you do it? What about £2000? What about £5000? How much are they worth to you?

Sometimes I look back at my running and ask myself, how much has it all been worth to me? How much has it been worth it to have the level of physical and mental health that I’ve got today?

I can honestly say that for me, having great physical and mental health is worth more than ANY amount of money. And that’s why I’ve gladly invested a LOT of money in myself over the years.

For many people though it’s a different story and I can understand why…

They haven’t yet experienced all the great benefits that they can gain. They can’t see how much it will be worth to them. They can’t see what a huge difference it will make to their life.

So they struggle to see past the short term cost of money and don’t invest in themselves.

Invest in yourself

So really think about how much these results are worth to you.

If things like losing weight, better fitness, better health, a better looking body, and being a fitter or faster runner means a lot to you then you should be investing in yourself to get it…

Otherwise you will never get there, or it will be a much longer and a much harder struggle to get there.

So you may want to invest in things like eBooks and books, good quality running shoes, a gym membership, and good quality food…

And I’m not afraid to say it. If you want to get quicker and better results you should seriously consider investing in my running programs or coaching.

But whether you invest in my products and services, or other people’s, find a reliable source of high quality information, invest in their product or service, and get the results faster.

The price of these things are tiny compared to the benefits that you can get out of them.

Now I’m NOT saying that you should buy everything that you see, but when you think that something will help, try to look past the short term cost.

Another interesting thing to consider is that the bigger the investment the more worthwhile it usually is.

One reason is because you get higher quality information that helps you get even quicker and better results. Another reason is because you’ll take it more seriously and apply the information more.

For example, the people who only take the free information from my website and emails tend to do better than average. BUT, I don’t give away my best information for free, and as I’ve already said, a lot of people don’t apply free information.

Then there are the people who invest in my running programs. They get the best information and tend to do very well. And the people who invest in my coaching to get personal access to me tend to get great results.

What if you don’t invest in yourself?

I find it astonishing, and sad, when people say that they really want to make these great improvements to their life, BUT they are not willing to invest a single penny in themselves.

The truth is that a lot of people "say" that they want to do things like lose weight, get fitter and healthier, get a better looking body, and do well with their running, but deep down they don’t really want it enough.

That’s why they don’t do enough about it, and it’s why they don’t invest in themselves enough to get what they want.

They would rather feel comfortable but feel like crap for many months and years of their life than make the necessary changes to get what they "say" they really want.

In other words, many people are reluctant to invest in their number one asset… THEMSELVES!

But think about the future for a minute…

How bad is it going to feel if you look back in years to come thinking "I wish I’d done more all those years ago?"

Well that happens to a LOT of people. They have left it too late. The time that they have wasted is gone, and they can never get that time back!

They have had a lower quality life where every single day was lower quality. Feeling unhappy about important parts of their life until finally it’s too late to do anything about it.

I don’t want this to turn out the same way for YOU. I don’t want you to spend many months and years feeling unhappy about important parts of your life when you can be doing MUCH better.

You may not have much money and you may believe that you can’t afford many things, but I urge you to do everything you can to invest in yourself.

It all comes down to this

At the end of the day it all comes down to 4 simple questions, and the answers that you give will have a significant impact on your life…

  1. How much do these results mean to you?
  2. Do you REALLY want to get them?
  3. How quickly do you want to get them?
  4. How much are you prepared to invest in yourself to get them?

If your answers are…

  • It means a lot to me
  • I want these results so badly
  • I want them as soon as possible
  • BUT I’m not prepared to invest anything in myself to get them…

Then the chances are that you’ll really struggle.

No matter how much these results mean to you, how badly you want them, or how quickly you want them, if you’re NOT prepared to invest in yourself then you could have a very LONG and frustrating struggle ahead.

So you have a BIG decision to make. And I encourage you to make this decision because neglect to make any decision means that by default you’ll choose the wrong option.

You can…

  • Invest in yourself – So you spend some money, but you get quicker results and get all these things that are really important to you quicker
  • Or, do it on your own, or on the cheap – So you spend little or no money, but it WILL take much longer to get the results that you want, and you may never get there

What if you don’t have any money?

So what do you do if you don’t have any money? You want to invest in yourself but can’t see how you can.

Well here are some ideas to help…

Take a look at everything that you spend your money on. Then think about what is less important than these results that you want.

What is less important than things like losing weight, having great health and fitness, being happy with your body, being a fitter or faster runner, having the energy to play with your children, feeling more confident, and feeling happier in yourself?

Then start putting your money into what’s most important, instead of spending it on things that don’t make much difference to your life.

I don’t expect you to be this bad, but there are many people who spend money on drinking alcohol, smoking, eating crap, and then they say how they can’t afford to spend £10 a week on a gym membership.

Another area to look at is how can you create more money?

Maybe you can do a few extra hours at work. Maybe you can get a part time job. Maybe you can do some training courses so that you can get a better paid job and have more money while working the same hours as before.

Even if you can save just £10 a week or earn an extra £10 a week, that’s £500 over a year that you can invest in yourself and get these things that are really important to you faster.

And just think about this…

What if I said to you that your closest relative would die unless you found £1000 within the next 3 months? Do you think that you would be able to get the money?

There is always a way

If you want it badly enough you WILL find a way.

If you don’t want it badly enough then you will carry on with what you’re doing and accept being unhappy about important parts of your life. For the rest of your life.

So the question is…

Will you invest in yourself and get everything that you want much faster?

Or will you go down the free or cheap route and settle for poorer results, or even no results at all, and a lower quality life?
