8 weeks coaching aimed at achieving your running and weight loss goals

With my help over the next 8 weeks you can make great progress in all areas. For example, with your weight loss, running ability, fitness, health, and a better looking body.

What you'll learn in these 8 weeks will help you now, and it will also help you for many years to come.
First we'll start with an Introductory Session

The purpose of this session is so that I get an idea of your current fitness and learn more about what you would like to achieve.

I'll explain my training methods and what training you should be doing to get great results. It's all designed specifically to suit you and we'll get you moving forward right away.

By the end of this session you'll know where you are going, how to get there, and you'll have already made a start.
You then get a One Hour Telephone Coaching Session every week
  We'll go through a session where I'll coach you about what to do and we'll see how you are progressing.

I'll provide you with lots of tips and of course you can ask any questions about your running and losing weight.

Plus I'll give you advice on what you should be doing for the rest of the week to get maximum results out of your training.

The price for the 8 weeks Telephone Coaching is ONLY £399.

Isn't the price expensive?

Quite the opposite. I'm offering you 8 weeks Telephone Coaching at £399 which I feel is very reasonable.

You have a LOT to gain. For example, better fitness, better health, better looking body, feeling better in yourself, having more confidence, and having more energy. These have a major affect on your happiness and quality of life.

The price of my coaching is actually very small compared to what I will help you achieve.

Plus I will even give you my personal guarantee which is this... Try my coaching, and if after 4 weeks you think that the coaching hasn't already been worth more than £399 then I'll give you a full refund.

Couldn't I just get a Personal Trainer?

Yes you could. Let's say that you got a Personal Trainer and paid them £40 per week for 8 weeks. That would be £320 overall which is cheaper than my Telephone Coaching.

However, a Personal Trainer will only provide you with general advice. For example, general fitness and conditioning, different exercise machines, and different exercises like weight training and body weight exercises. They are not experts in any area.

On the other hand, I specialise in running and weight loss which is exactly what you are looking for.

I'm a qualified UK Athletics Coach. I've been running for 16 years. I've helped thousands of people become much better runners and lose weight with running.

So there is a big difference between the expert running and weight loss advice you will get from me and the general fitness advice you could get from a Personal Trainer. With my help you are going to get much better results.
