On this page I’ve written two disclaimers that you should read and may find useful…

Please read both of these disclaimers so that you have a full understanding of any precautions you should take and how the Running & Weight Loss website, products, and services may be able to help you.


Refreshingly Open and Honest Disclaimer

As the internet develops there are increasing rules and regulations designed to stop scams and unethical websites from misleading their website visitors and customers.

This means more work involved for people like me and the Running & Weight Loss website to make sure that all the rules and regulations are met, but despite this extra work it’s actually very good…

The new and higher quality standards will help to filter out and get rid of the misleading websites that try to take advantage of people, and leave the websites that are useful and genuinely interested in helping people.

As part of this process I want to let you know what results you may, or may not, get when buying my products and services.

Although I have some great success stories on the Running & Weight Loss website, and they are all 100% true by the way, websites are no longer allowed to only quote the most successful success stories and testimonials…

Websites should also disclose what the typical results are, or in other words, the results that the average person will get.

So what are the typical or average results for my customers?

The truth is I don’t know. And the reason why I don’t know is because I don’t ask for detailed weekly reports from my customers, and I don’t have the time or money to fly around the world to check up on how everybody is doing. Maybe I should ask Father Christmas if he will help.

All I can do is make a best estimate based on my experience, and that is what I will do now…

The bottom 20% do nothing

These are the people that buy something and never use it. Like people who buy a bike to use in the home but never use it, or people who pay for an expensive gym membership but never go.

Some people will buy my products and services and won’t read them or follow any of my advice. While I find this group the most frustrating because they have a lot they could gain from running there’s nothing I can do about it.

As expected the people in this group get poor results and don’t benefit from buying my products and services.

The middle 60% do something

Doing something is a lot better than doing nothing and this is where I believe most people are. They will probably read some of my eBooks, watch some of my videos, and apply some of the advice and tips they learn.

They are likely to get fitter and healthier, improve their running ability, and lose some weight, but overall their results are fairly average.

They don’t do enough to get great results but they do enough to get some results. For the average amount of time and effort they invest into learning and applying what they learn they cannot expect anything more than average results.

The top 20% do most things

The people in this group buy my products and services, read most of the eBooks, and watch most of the videos. They also apply as much as they can from what they learn.

Not surprisingly these people tend to get the biggest improvements in terms of losing weight and improving their health, fitness, and body…

And because of this they are often extremely happy with their results and send me emails saying how well they’ve done and thanking me for my help. I use the best comments that I get from these people as success stories and testimonials.

I believe that the typical or average weight loss results for these people is 1-2 pounds per week. This is ideal for safe and long term weight loss, and this is what my products and services are designed to help you achieve.

My products and services are not designed for rapid weight loss and I do not recommend or condone rapid weight loss schemes. Many of these schemes either don’t work anyway, or they only produce short terms results where you lose the weight quickly and then regain it just as quickly.

My philosophy is based around developing a healthy lifestyle to help people lose weight at a safe rate and then be able to keep the weight off for life. I also want to help people experience all the other physical and mental health benefits of running like I have.

The top 5% do everything

The people in this group buy my products and services, read all the eBooks, and watch the videos. They also apply virtually everything that they learn.

These people really take their physical and mental health seriously because they come to realise how much it impacts their life. This makes them determined to apply everything they learn to try and improve their health, fitness, and body as much as they can.

Not surprisingly these people tend to get the very best running and weight loss. They lose weight consistently until they reach their desired weight and then they maintain this weight over the long term. They also make great improvements to their health, fitness, and body…

And because of this they are often extremely happy with their results and send me emails saying how well they’ve done and thanking me for my help. I use the best comments that I get from these people as success stories and testimonials.

I think of some of these people almost like my friends. They have repeatedly emailed me over many months and even years with updates letting me know how they’ve progressed and thanking me. I get great satisfaction from seeing them progress from where they started to where they are now.

Just to summarise

Here I’ve given you the best understanding that I can about what you might expect to happen when buying my products and services.

Overall though I can’t say whether you’ll get great running and weight loss results by buying my products and services or whether you’ll get no results at all.

The truth is that I don’t know you. I don’t know if you’re going to buy my products and services and not even read them or watch the videos. I don’t know whether you’re determined to do well and are going to apply everything you learn. So I can’t guarantee that you’ll get great results because not everybody will.

In the end it all comes down to YOU. You are responsible for your running and weight loss results. With my website, products, and services my aim is to help you as much as I possibly can, but I can’t do it for you.

You should also appreciate that my advice and tips will not work for everyone in every situation. As with anything, there’s no one size that fits all. Everybody is different and what works for one person may not work for another.

I do not guarantee success. I just promise that I provide you with the best advice and tips that I possibly can with the aim of helping you lose weight and getting everything you want out of running.
