What is an eBook?

An eBook is short for electronic book. It’s simply the online version of a physical book.

The big advantage you have is that you can download my eBooks and running programs within minutes and start using them right away rather than having to wait for postage or paying extra to have them delivered.

To view and read my eBooks and running programs all you need is "Adobe Reader" which is already pre-installed on most computers. If you like you can download the free up-to-date version by visiting Adobe.com.

Can I get a printed copy of your eBooks and running programs?

My eBooks and running programs are only available online. This means that you can download them and start using them right away rather than having to wait for postage or paying extra to have them delivered.

How quick will I lose weight with your running programs?

You should aim to lose a maximum of 1% of your body weight per week. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds that’s a weight loss of 2 pounds per week.

This is a very realistic amount of weight to lose when you follow my running programs along with the weight loss and nutritional advice that I provide.

It’s very important to remember that if you try to lose weight too quickly then you’ll lose muscle rather than just fat. As well as being unhealthy this also makes weight loss much harder to maintain over the longer term.

Who is James Porter?

James started running in 1997 after feeling dissatisfied with his health and body.

To his surprise James found that he actually enjoyed running and the benefits that he got from running made it something that he wanted to do more and more.

He felt the improved health, improved fitness, and improved body shape, but also experienced other things like more energy, more confidence, and feeling much more alive.

Over the years James’ fitness and running ability improved greatly. He went from being unfit and unhealthy to eventually being able to train with world class athletes.

During this time he also learned from a world class coach and studied to become a qualified UK Athletics Coach for Speed and Endurance running.

With the wealth of knowledge and experience that James built up over the years he decided to make a big commitment and help other people experience the many benefits of running.
