With my Personal Training you don't need to have any running experience, any running ability, or any level of fitness to make a start.

Whether you want to lose a few pounds, a few stone, or half your body weight I can help you.

Whether you can only run for 30 seconds at a time, or can run for 30 minutes or more I can help you.

I know all the different running methods available, which ones you should be using based on your current fitness, and how they should be used to get maximum weight loss results.


So what I'm offering you is Personal Training. This is what it involves...
First we'll start with an Introductory Session

The purpose of this session is so that I get an idea of your current fitness and learn more about what you would like to achieve.

I'll explain my training methods and what training you should be doing to get great results. It's all designed specifically to suit you. We'll also do a starter session to help get you moving forward right away.

By the end of this session you'll know where you are going, how to get there, and you'll have already made a start.
You then get a One Hour Personal Training Session every week (or as often as you require)
  We'll go through a session where I'll coach you about what to do and we'll see how you are progressing.

I'll provide you with lots of tips and of course you can ask any questions about your running and losing weight.

Plus I'll give you advice on what you should be doing for the rest of the week to get maximum results out of your training.

The price for each Personal Training session is ONLY £30.

Or you can bring a friend for only £15 each.


Why is the price so low?

The usual price for any sort of Personal Training is £25 to £40 per hour.

Personally I like to keep my price at the lower end of the range to keep it affordable for most people. So I'm offering you my Personal Training at £30 per hour which I feel is very reasonable.

Remember that outside of our one hour training session I also spend time reviewing how you are progressing and planning your future sessions.

Plus, I always send you an email after each session which reviews what you did and summarises what we talked about so that you don't have to remember everything.


Summary of Personal Training

The Personal Training is very flexible and I make sure that it's fun as well.

I suggest that we start off with one training session per week to get you off to the best possible start but it's entirely up to you.

I design your training around you. If you want to meet twice a week, once every week, or once every two weeks then I'm alright with that.

I'm available most days of the week and we can meet up near Barnsley town centre, preferably at the Metrodome, Locke Park, or Dearne Valley Park. Or we can meet closer to where you live if it's more convenient for you.


How many places are available?

I only offer my Personal Training to a small number of people because it's important to me that I provide the highest quality service that I can.

What I do is give this opportunity to 7 people ONLY. So you need to hurry if you want to guarantee yourself a place.
