After just 2 weeks running, I noticed a much improved level of energy. I can get more things done, and I can spend more time with my family instead of feeling "beat" early in the evening!

Soon I will be running 2 minutes for every one minute walking.

A few weeks later...

I've lost almost 5 pounds, my measurements are all down, I feel like a million bucks, and I am running 12 minutes straight!!! I have to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming!

If I lived closer to you, I would send you a nice bottle of wine. Instead, please accept my satisfaction and happiness.

Of all these good things, the best is that I like running! I never thought I would be so hooked on it. I look forward to every day's running.

One week later...

I must report, that:

  • I lost 1 cm on each thigh. I now have the best thighs I've had in a LONG time! They look almost like Madonna's! (ha-ha-ha!)
  • I lost 4 cm on my waist! I buy pants 2 sizes down!!!
  • I lost 1 cm around each arm (my arms look almost the best ever too)
  • My face looks much slimmer, and I rediscovered my cheek bones! 

My thighs, arms and stomach are much better toned, so I am happy with that.

I can also report a much better energy level, sometimes I can't believe it! I go to sleep late in the evening, whereas before I was exhausted at 7pm. Needless to say how much I enjoy this. I can work, write, read, until 11 or 12 o'clock at night. I get away with 7 hours sleep and I feel great, and energized!

Several months later...

I'm 54 years old but I feel like a young woman again. I've lost weight. I bought a new wardrobe of clothes, and if that's not incentive enough I don't know what is!!!

My health has improved so much. My blood pressure is that of a 30 year old. Am I ever happy about that!

I thank YOU for my slim body and improved health. And the love of running. I look forward to my running every day!

You know how much I value your expertise and experience. You are an awesome Personal Trainer!!! And an awesome person!

I really think you are GREAT and I can't thank you enough for introducing me to running, and helping me stick to it and enjoy it so much.
